This is for LADIES only classes - This is a General swim PAYG swim session meaning you can attend and swim on your own as long as you are 16 or above ..
 
Held Tuesday nights at Coopers School Upminster  -  9pm start for 40 mins
 
As a member of Rosebuds  you will be able to pay £6.00 only for a 40 mins swim.  If you are booking for another person , please advise their name on the form. Swim Hats must be worn.  You can purchase one for £2 or bring own ! 
 
 
This is NOT a learn to swim session. If you want to learn or improve to swim you will need to go to Rosebuds  book a trial.
