Aimed at adults with no previous swimming experience, the aim of my eight week course for beginners, is to introduce you to the basic skills needed to build confidence and enjoyment in the water. You will learn doggy paddle, backstroke and breaststroke along with other skills in a friendly and safe environment with others who are of your ability.


The aim of my eight week course for Improvers is to build upon the skills you already have, or have learned on the beginners course, and to develop your technique in all strokes, including butterfly. Building stamina and fitness, learning to dive and performing deep water exercises, you will increase your confidence and become a stronger, all-round swimmer.

Event Specific or Triathlon Training

Training for an event can be hard if you are not training with others, or if you don't have a structure to your training. Our courses are based on 8 week blocks and consist of 1 hour sessions. We offer coached or non-coached fitness sessions and if you are a member of Havering Triathlon club you will receive a discount.

1-2-1 & 2-2-1 Lessons

If you prefer 1-2-1 & 2-2-1 lessons and not to be in a class, these are available on request.
