About Me
My name is Kay Hamilton and I am the founder and owner of K.A.S - Kay’s Adult Swim school, an established and privately run swim school based in Upminster, and servicing the Hornchurch , Romford and London SE area.
I started swimming at the age of 6 and by the age of 15 I reached international level when I competed for Scotland and held the Scottish Junior Champion record for the 200m Butterfly.
At K.A.S we specialize in teaching adults only. We are Swim England qualified and teach swimming professionally to adults, from beginners to advanced pool swimmers. We have also successfully coached triathletes for many years and this includes open water swimming at our own private lake during the warmer months.
I know you’ll enjoy learning to swim with me and my team and am sure that in a short space of time you will gain the confidence and ability to enjoy swimming as you have never done before.
