Open Water Swim Session with Kay's Adult Swim School - Payment is required by Stripe or Paypal option only - there will be no cash payment option
 
Please put through seperate orders per person and per day to allow the count to work. Once we have received your order you will be contacted to fill some forms in , these are mandatory to allow you on site.
 
Here's what we offer for Saturday Open water - Held at Grange waters - Buckles Lane , South Ockendon, Essex RM15 6RS
 
We have access to carpark at 6.30 am 
Car park is FREE
Changing rooms and hot showers provided 
We have a full safety team on water ( 2 speed boats rescue ) 
The loop will be offered at the LARGE loop as a fitness swim ( Roughly 1K if you swim straight this is due to 2 Safety boats on water ) 
Entry to water will be 6.45 am (Gate manned by KAS member)  
Last entry into water will be 7.45 am 
Out of water by 8.45 am 
We have use of a log cabin to socialise and make Tea & coffee eat biscuits till 9.30am
You can wear your own HAT - these need to BRIGHT GREEN if not you can purchase one for £2
Wetsuit will need to worn 
TOW floats for weaker non confident , First timer open water swimmers is a must. 
 
An online medical disclaimer will need to be completed as a one off £2.00 cost for EVERYONE attending.
